Your Hot Biscuits™ Ball Warmer has a 90-day warranty (from date of purchase) covering electrical defects. Please save your receipt as proof of purchase, and register your golf ball warmer by contacting us. In the "Comments" box, please detail when and where you purchased your ball warmer - and feel free to contact us again to let us know how your Hot Biscuits™ Ball Warmer has helped your game.

To make a warranty claim, please follow the process described below under Return Policy.

Return Policy

When you receive your order, make sure that you open and thoroughly inspect it for any shipping damage.

Your Hot Biscuits™ Ball Warmer can be returned within 30 days (from date of purchase) for a 100% refund of the purchase price if for any reason you are not satisfied. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

To return merchandise for warranty claims or refund please contact us by email. In the "Comments" box of the form indicate the reason for the return. We will contact you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Products returned to Hot Biscuits™ without a valid Return Authorization Number cannot be refunded.
